How to leave a review (super easy!):

1. Go to the Review & Ratings menu in the PT. IKPS app.

2. Select the transaction or service you’ve used.

3. Tap Give Review.

   
   

In your review, you can:

• Rate based on your satisfaction.
• Upload product or service photos (optional, but super helpful).
• Write an honest review about your experience.
• Choose to post anonymously if you prefer not to show your name.

Important to note:

• Reviews can only be submitted once per transaction/service.

• Once submitted, reviews cannot be edited.

• PT. IKPS reserves the right to reject or remove reviews that do not comply with our guidelines.
