Terms of Service (Terms of Conditions)

Thank you for using the IKPS service. Please note that by using this service, you agree to the terms and conditions of use of this service.

1. You agree to and follow or comply with the procedures for using the services available to you (end users), subject to applicable laws and regulations, and the services may be suspended or terminated at any time if the use of the services violates the terms of use or applicable laws. You may utilize the services provided using the facilities or interfaces and guides provided, and are not permitted to access the services using methods and interfaces other than those provided. Access to the IKPS services is designed for easy access via mobile devices. Do not use the services in a manner that may interfere with your compliance with traffic safety procedures or regulations.
   
   

2. Ownership of the intellectual property rights of the information or content presented in the IKPS service remains with its creator, including IKPS as a corporation, third parties working solely with IKPS, or users (user-generated content) who agree to publish their creations in the IKPS service. Using the IKPS service does not transfer copyright ownership of the content or information you access. You are prohibited from using the information other than as intended by the IKPS service, unless you obtain permission from the copyright holder.
   
   

3. IKPS services display content and information from third parties in collaboration with IKPS. This content is the sole responsibility of its copyright holders or those who make it available. IKPS will make its best efforts to review, evaluate, or remove any content/information displayed if it violates its usage policies or applicable laws. The decision to consume information or use IKPS services is entirely at your discretion, as the user.
   
   

4. In connection with your use of the service, IKPS may send you service announcements, messages, administrative information, or other communications. You can opt out of these communication features.
   
   

5. When using IKPS services, you may be asked to identify yourself so that IKPS can optimize the service for you. This includes providing information about your preferences, sending notifications about topics, issues, activities, or events that may interest you, and possibly restricting access to adult content. For self-identification authentication, you can use third-party identity or account management services. Currently available services for accessing IKPS Services are Google Account (https://myaccount.google.com/) and Facebook Account. The rules for using these third-party account services are governed by each service provider. Please read the information and guidelines for safe use of these services on the relevant service's website.
   
   

6. IKPS will make every effort to maintain privacy and protect copyrights in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The privacy policy will explain how IKPS collects and manages your personal information.
   
   

7. Some features of the IKPS service allow you to send, store, publish, and share content or information. You retain intellectual property rights to all such material. By uploading such material through the IKPS service, you grant IKPS the right and license to store, adapt, redistribute, create derivative works from it, and publicly display it. This license is intended to enable IKPS to operate, promote, and improve the service and/or possibly create new services. This license will continue even if you stop using the IKPS service.
   
   

8. IKPS Services are provided through a website or downloadable software. This software will be continually updated and may automatically update the software on your device. You may need to adjust your automatic update settings. IKPS will continually update and improve its services. We may add, remove, suspend, or even disable certain services. You can stop using the IKPS Services at any time. We will be sad to see you leave us, and IKPS may limit or even terminate your services. Because access to this data is critical, IKPS will continue to strive to maintain its availability. However, if for any reason IKPS must discontinue the Services, IKPS will provide sufficient notice and time before discontinuing the services.
   
   

9. To operate the Services, IKPS deploys technology and skilled personnel who are professionally and commercially competent to provide the Services. However, there are many factors beyond IKPS's control, and therefore IKPS makes no specific promises or warranties regarding the Services. IKPS provides the Services "as is."
   
   

10. If you use the Services for or on behalf of a business or for commercial purposes, you agree to and accept these terms. These terms therefore release IKPS and all partners/related parties from all claims, demands, damages, and costs arising from Service disruptions or violations of these terms. 11. These terms of use, along with cyber media guidelines, community guidelines, and other guidelines and/or rules relating to the Service may be changed from time to time by adding new rules or modifying and/or adapting to changes in the service or applicable laws and regulations by IKPS. These terms and their changes from time to time bind the relationship between IKPS and you, and as long as you continue to use the Service, you remain subject to these terms of use. No other third party obtains any rights from this relationship. If there is a dispute that cannot be resolved bilaterally, the resolution will be brought to the court/arbitration institution that has jurisdiction where the IKPS legal entity is registered.
