In-House Delivery
Orders for HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Café), Retail partners, General Trade (GT), and Modern Trade (MT) customers are handled by IKPS’s in-house courier. Smaller deliveries are made by motorcycle, while larger deliveries use trucks. In-house delivery is included in the purchase price of IKPS products. Out-of-City Deliveries
IKPS can arrange out-of-city shipments through trusted logistics partners serving destinations across Indonesia. Service availability, delivery estimates, and charges may vary depending on the route and provider. Please contact Customer Support to confirm the details before shipment.
Collection Using Your Own Logistics
If you arrange your own vehicle or logistics service to collect an order from the IKPS warehouse, our team can assist with loading the goods onto your vehicle, subject to prior coordination.
Product Samples
Prospective business partners may request product samples. Product selection, sample quantities, and arrangements will be discussed and agreed with IKPS.
Meeting Room
IKPS provides a meeting room for discussions about potential business cooperation. Please schedule your meeting in advance and notify Customer Support so the visit can be coordinated.
